I received my lock and am very pleased with the end result. It looks great, setup was fairly easy and the lock is super convenient due to the auto lock function. I did have a minor hiccup during setup but the customer service from Pin Genie was absolutely 5 star. Another feature I love how the lock combo is so discrete. Very well made product.

I was in the market for a keyless door lock and decided to go with Pin Genie. The lock is great and the installation was not bad, but would not install it unless you are handy. I ran into an issue as the new bolt did not align to the position of the old bolt. So I will need a wood router to align it correctly. That is if you like it done right, otherwise you can use the wood chisel and be done with it. We like that it lights up when trying to open the door a night.The outer portion of the lock looks great and it feels great. See the pictures. It really gave our front door a great look. Btw, you can still use the key if you don't like to use technology. I did not get the lock that connects to the phone, I will never use something like that and the price is higher. I wish they sold the handle to match the lock. See my picture as I had to find a door handle to math the lock. Battery life is to be determined for now.Lock has been working for 1 week so far with no issues.What I don't like: (This is why I gave 4 stars)The back of the lock is made of plastic and it looks cheapToo many numbers to open the lock (must input at least 6 numbers) annoying!* Measure before you open the box as I believe you cannot return it once it is open (this one is on me)

Very nice looking, works great, easy installation, better watch the video first, the steps the video shows are super clear and can help you to avoid simple mistake(e.g. reverse lock and unlock). Whole family loves it. The only concern is the battery box is thin plastic, not sure whether it will last longer enough, the springs are not too solid, but maybe don't need to worry too much.

Bought in 2018 batteries last along time changed about 3 times. Problem is that the numbers does not show completely. Very disappointed. I have to use a key to enter now . I like not having to give my grown children keys to get in because they live out of town and I didn’t have to stay up to let them in if it’s late. I will order a different brand .worked great for a while.

I installed this lock on my front door. What I really like about this lock, is that every time I go to enter my code, I don’t have to worry about anyone looking over my shoulder. It scrambles 4 groups of numbers every time you press. So no one can see what number you’re pressing to try to imitate it. I would definitely recommend.

Originally I loved this lock. Super easy to use however- A year later it overheats in the sun or something and you can't see the numbers on the screen anymore in the afternoon. It always comes back and i can use it morning/night but when I get home from work I have to use the physical key because you cant use the touchpad to put in the code. SUPER annoying.

This works very well. I wish my wife would use it, but she refuses to learn the combo. (Just wait until she forgets her keys!) Fairly easy to assemble in the door (especially if you consult youtube). I am surprised how long the batteries last. I still haven't put in fresh batteries. One thing you want to remember - the motor that push/pulls the deadbolt is not very powerful. If the deadbolt is tight, it cannot work. It has to move freely without resistance.
