Second time rating this item...Hey Amazon! Where is the first?Although this juicer is very attractive, it is also extremely FLEXIBLE at the handle(s) bowl(s) junction indicating weak spots where after extended regular use, this is where it will likely crack/break. This flex makes it impossible to -fully- juice/squeeze a lemon to it's fullest. I purchased this item because the item description/depiction indicates a heavy-duty item, which it not. I juice multiple lemons (into my water) DAILY and have never had a juicer flex on me. My past juicers (which i still have a drawer of them are all aluminum and heavy duty, but are coated with that thick enamel coating (paint) that deteriorates after extensive use presumably due to the acidity of a lemon, exposing the aluminum. I dont want to drink enamel coating or aluminum! So i opted for a new stainless juicer (this one) that flexes preventing a "full" squeeze. Excellent quality, strong, and nice design! Seemed to get all the juice out but the bowl seems on the large size so probably works perfectly with larger fruit but didn't turn average-sized lemons completely inside out. I read that some of the squeezers didn't seem to hold up but I squeezed as hard as I could and there was no play or twisting in the handles.

Ok! Got your attention now! Have you ever tried to squeeze a lime and have it just roll and give you 2 drops of juice? This lemon squeezer is just the perfect tool. I do have a trick though to make more juice even with this wonderful tool: with a knife cut the peel of the fruits (a cross) so this way the peel won't curl under. And what I like the most, you can use it on larger oranges, lemons. I didn't give it a 5 stars for sturdiness because I have a reserve on the rivet holding the to pieces. Not sure if it hold for a long time. Time will tell. Right now I just enjoy the easy squeeze because it does not hurt my arthritic hands. Try it you'll like it!

Not sturdy at all. The handle bends when squeezing the citrus and I know it’s just a matter of time before it completely gives out. This piece may work for someone who uses it occasionally... but I would skip this one if you intend to use on a regular basis. It’s too bad, as I was really excited about receiving this and had high hopes.*Update 2/05/2020*The seller contacted me about my initial review, and offered a replacement for the squeezer... which I gladly accepted. Just days after, I received the 2nd squeezer, and this time it seems to be much more sturdy and definitely gets the job done. Bottom line, I am MORE than pleased with the overall transaction, as it’s so rare in this day and age to receive such notch customer service and attentiveness. I HIGHLY recommend this citrus juicer, as well as purchasing anything from this particular vendor... they stand behind their product and actually listen and CARE about the consumer. Kudos and triple thumbs up!!!

It does juice but I have had much better ones. It won't juice to the point of turning the lemon etc inside out. It smashes it flat instead. I can then take the lemon and still get plenty of juice out by other means. I have had ceramic jhuicers that work better but none would hold up and would begin to pit and coating would come off. This one also traps water after washing and is hard to get completely dry.

What a great lemon squeezer! In this day, it's really nice to see a product that works great, is easy to clean all of it's parts. It is simple design, just two pieces. I love the fact that it is stainless steel and has a larger bowl than most for the large lemons and limes. It was very strongly made with heavy duty steel so I think it will last a very long time. I am happy with mine so get yours.

The squeezer seems to flex a bit when you squeeze, losing power. Something about it just seems off, but it's definitely not bad. It's large so you can do limes and oranges. My favorite part of this purchase is the stupid cheap rine scraper/peeler. I didn't even know it came with it and it is s very fun to use. I just got into making negroni's and this kick it up. I know it's dumb but it made me very happy.

We like this one because it does a great job of getting as much juice as possible from an orange or lime. I think the additional holes are a good idea too. There is no splashing out during the pressing process.There is a slight deflection throughout the part with the fruit in it but I think that is to be expected. It did not hinder the process at all.
