TechWareGames 15M Metre RJ11 to RJ11 High Speed ADSL BroadBand Cable Made Using Cat 5e Twisted Pair

I used this to run from the master socket in the living room to an upstairs room. No issues with data speeds, peaking at a maximum of about 74Mbps. The cable looks a lot better than the flat ones with clear plugs. That doesn't necessarily mean better speeds but does add an impression of quality to the product.The cable has quite a large outer sheath with a lot of internal space (I.e. not a close fit like a flat cable) so not the most flexible (my reason for dropping 1 star). I've ran mine up the stairs following the shape of the risers / treads etc. which it has done okayUnfortunately they are not puppy proof. The dog managed to chew through mine before the new carpet has gone down. So replacement order (same cable) to be made after this review.

Quick delivery and does the job very well. It saved me from my BT infinity installation being only accessible in our cleaning closet @PenbrynMynach! If you are used to standard internet operating from a phone socket in a convenient location then beware that BT will only install your homehub at the entry point of their cable on to your property. Because it is a fibre installation and you can't use the old style filters from other phone sockets. In my case the entry point was the same place that the water supply enters my granite property in the cleaning closet. Which in a granite property means no internet other than in the corridor outside the cleaning cupboard! This wire allowed me to move the homehub up to 15m from the master socket by routing out of the cleaning closet through the boiler cupboard and the washing room until we got to a nice wall under the stairs. This gives a fair signal to less than half the house at good speeds but better than nothing! Next job is to get the PoE plugs working well.

I had been using Homeplugs that worked well, but I wanted to use my router directly connected via Lan for the best possible connection to my PS4 in my room, and also improve the wireless range coverage, which meant I needed to get an extension RJ11 cable suitable and durable for my needs.This one so far seems to do the job well, and was a great price and my fibre connection seems as steady as ever, so this was a good buy. 5/5 stars.

Works as it should. Qulity is very good and the ends are very secure.

The product was perfect for moving our router into the living room to improve wifi speed and seems remarkably cheap

Used the cable to move my router into another room, so had to have this length of cable from the master telephone socket which has separate outlets to telephone and router. Worked fine- no loss of broadband speed (30Mb/s) but I'm already about 1.4km from a BT substation, so the percentage line length increase was negligible. Cable is circular and looks good quality.

The cable arrived very quickly and has allowed me to move my wireless router to a better position without having to move my main phone socket. Getting a much better WiFi signal now so everything is good.

Great product & good customer service, Would definitely recommend.
