The package was super big to contain another small box inside. Arrived in time and well protected.It has a page with instructions to mount in the wall (super easy). A part you have the head, two horns and a small bags with the appliances to stuck in the wall.I find quite easy to put in place. I use it mine to old my keys and no coats or other things, so I decided to use the plastic attachment with the 4 nails to plug in the wall.I find sturdy for the purpose (only keys) but probably if you want to put your coat or other stuff you need to try with the screw.I was looking this one in other sellers but I picked this one because of the reviews and I felt great about that. The product is good, I’m not sure about the material (sometimes looks like ceramic or plastic, but the details are good so I don’t care to be honest).It looks like pretty, so glad to have it.I can recommend this product without doubt.
