I was recently dealing with some printing issues with my Canon printer and needed a quick set of replacement cartridges to rule out some problems I was having with another brand. Upon receipt of the dual pack, I quickly performed my test and was still having an issue with what I thought was cartridge recognition, after reaching out to customer service and working with Angie, I was able to figure out a workaround and Smart Ink was kind of enough to ship out a backup set of cartridges to ensure my issues and needs were taken care of. I have been printing happily ever since. The quality of everything is great (a rare find these days), from the packaging, the quality of the materials, and the quick and immediate customer service I could not be happier.

Smart Ink cartridges work very well with my Canon TS5020 desk printer -- installation is easy and no need to replace for a good 8 - 12 months or more. I do not print every day so yes, they last a long time. Color quality is excellent.

I have only used this for general use printing. For that it works very well and is compatible with my Canon TS6000 printer. No clogging or drying up. I have not tried photo printing with it as I have a dedicated photo printer for that. For general printing use, I find that this is the very best and the price is VERY good.

For the money you can't go wrong. I've been using this ink for my cannon printer for years. Get the double pack

I was having trouble w my printer I changed the ink not all on the same day, but black was not working properly. I still had the box the ink came in it had a number to call . Sure enough i got a person Anna she was the best. I received a new box of ink the next day. Everything is all good

It gets the job done!!! And it's way more reasonably priced than the original Canon ink cartridges!

Mi impresora es una Canon TS6020 y tenía algo de miedo que no los cartuchos no se reconocieran. Me arriesgué y al instante de instalarlos, la impresora los reconoció como originales. Probé algunas impresiones y todas fueron normales, nada de falta de pintura ni manchas. Estoy bastante satisfecho.

Two sets of cartridges at a good price. Have not used them yet but have to be prepared.
