They are meant to be worn comfortably skin tight, so if you are in between 2 sizes, order down a size. The idea is that by having them fit skin tight, they will keep the sand out of unwanted places! These are first quality, brand new shorts and will be a lifesaver for any surfers or body boarders out there. Stop the problem before it starts and wear a pair of these when participating in all water sports!

great solution for sand rash
these are the best things ever! My 10 year old grandson always complains on our annual beach trip about the rash he gets from the sand. The first year we have not heard a peep about the sand rash and we were able to enjoy the beach everyday on our vacation! I wish I had thought to buy him these sooner!

Sizing is off
The kids sizing is on point but the jump between the 5t and the Men's XS/Youth Medium is HUGE. My son is 8 and wears a youth medium (8-10) comfortably. We ordered the Men's XS/Youth Medium and they are WAY too big. Like they won't fit for probably 3 years. This said, these rashguard shorts are the absolute best for protecting against sand rashes and we used them through all of the toddler sizes without an issue. They are by far our favorites. PLEASE ADD actual youth sizes. Boys who wear 6, 7, 8, and 10 aren't represented in the current sizing. A youth 12 MIGHT be ok in the Men's XS but even then I'm not sure they would be tight enough to protect appropriately from water/sand chafing.

Big men need to check these out!
These are the first swimsuit I have had in years that stayed up. I am a big guy and most standard trunks that go over my waist slide off my hips. I end up holding them up with one hand and don't dare dive! These 3x size work great!

Didn’t fit my 8 your old husky nephew. To small in the waist and he got a size med. they are also charging to send it back $3 something.

Bought these for my son who tends to get a lot of rashes in summer while swimming or at the beach. These shorts definitely helped keep the sand out. Definitely recommend
