A Knight Before Christmas Paperback – August 27, 2013

I recommend this pleasant Christmas parable set in the time of King Arthur. It is short enough to be read in one sitting. I can see it becoming a Christmas-time tradition for parents or grandparents, aunts or uncles, who want to entertain their young ones and at the same time teach them how an ethical person behaves. This story is not overtly religious, but it portrays moral values common to religious teachings, which can be discussed as part of a teaching moment, or just left as part of an enjoyable story. It is also appropriate for juvenile readers on their own.

Wow! I bought this to read to my granddaughter, she absolutely loved it! What a great book, by a great author! I can not recommend this book enough. It is a great tale set during the time of King Arthur and the Knights of the Round Table. Short enough to read in one sitting. Great illustrations.
