The guys at AWD-IT clearly know what they are doing with their setups. As a first time buyer, I’d say the PC is exactly as they say it is. It’s a mid-tier entry level gaming PC. It can handle most games and although it says 4K ready it will have some trouble getting the FPS you’ll want. I had an issue with one of the fans and they sent me a new one out next day which I installed and it works perfectly now.All in all, these guys have been incredibly helpful and knowledgeable about my set up and my wants and needs for the product. I’ll defiantly be upgrading some components in the future but couldn’t be happier with what I got for the cost.As an additional note I priced out all the individual components of this PC and I don’t think I could have built the same for any cheaper.

The Computer worked correctly until a week ago. The computer lost power and refused to power up.I contacted the Seller and explained the problem. They said I should return it to them soying I should contact Amazon for return labels for the parcel. Amazon said that they do not supply labels for items over a year old. The seller said I should contact Amazon for the labels.

Bought this for FS2020 and it works very well. Windows 10 was up to date, there's not a lot of annoying software pre-loaded (but there is some) and it performs well. The default graphics output is DVI, so don't forget to get and adapter if your monitor is HDMI only.

The most important item for me in the unit is the graphics card anf apparently although it said 6gb RTX 2060 VR ready etc, i apparently got the RTX 2060 4Ggb and no VR function, and no graphics booster setting... Disappointing to know that you dont get your moneys worth. Its a shame to senf the whole cpu back coz of the graphics card but i will have to do this if Services dont contact me if its possible to just send back the graphics card and get the right one i paid for?Contact me here: [email protected]

There was only a 480GB SSD hard drive with my version which is inadequate with a gaming machine. I thought it had a 1TB hard drive as well, but that was my mistake. Also one of ram sticks didn't function and had to be returned, the turn around for that was two weeks, which was quite good considering the times we live in. Getting through by phone was very difficult, but when I did get through they were helpful and sorted the problem. I only think if the machine had been properly tested in the first place the ram stick issue would of been picked up before it left the factory. That aside the machine coped well with Final Fantasy XV on 8gb of ram but better, of course when I got back to 16gb. Its smooth and quiet and handles itself well.

For the price, the hardware and the design is brilliant.The computer is fast and usually quiet (unless you play a demanding game, the fans will kick in). It has handled any game I’ve thrown at it with ease. The RGB design is wonderful to look at.In summary, I’d give a definite recommendation.

Pc is now running for a month. No issues. Easy to set up on arrival and mostly used to play fortnight and ARC.

Great PC other than the fact there is no slots for HDDs. And the RGB changes randomly sometimes.
