Take this pre-workout!
I am using this product under advice from my Dr, who also, like me, likes to go to the gym and works out. I am not a lightweight by all means, however, I do cardio and strength training. This product does make you sweat. We both feel that sweating purifies your body and removes toxins. If that is what you are looking for and are looking out for your health and wellbeing, this is a wonderful product to supplement your workouts. Also, I have not experienced and stomach upset or side effects.

Great Info Too
As I'm new to Keto, I greatly appreciated the ebook that was sent from the company right after I received the delivery of the supplements. It is very informative, even gives 7 days of menu ideas and a complete list of food that can be eaten. Just started taking the product, and it seems to help my energy level - but haven't taken for enough time to tell yet.

Does what it's supposed to do
I like the product but was not pleased to find that there were at least 6-10 capsules that were broken and empty.
