Cannot give any durability star yet, I just received the item today, the 5 of them are Christmas gifts, so I won't be able to know until my family gives me their opinion. So far I have used one which is for me, and it is working fine, except for one that had the phone slider missing in the package. So make sure the orders are filled properly before shipping them. Too Small for Galaxy S10+ with OtterBox
My phone is a Galaxy s10+ with an Otter Box Case and is too long for the Neck Mount Phone Holder to hold and I found my phone falling on my face a lot with this product. They need to make more sizes for the holders for different phones

Too bulky for how I wanted to use this item I am a stroke survivor that experiences difficulty pulling pants up completely around my hips I wanted to use the clips on the side of my pants while I was using the restroom the clips were too bulky and didn’t help me with the dilemma

Holds your phone good.
When I bought this thing, I wanted to do an unboxing video where both hands are free, and it was worth it. I could've spent $5 for the same thing at Five Below, but I went for quality.

Good and bad
Awkward to wear around the neck and quite uncomfortable. Will try to add some padding to it to make it more comfortable.Fine as a stand up holder on a desk or table
