Have been working out for years. This is the best value, tasting protein on the market. Tried dymatize, on, etc... this rival whey is the best out of all of them. 120 calories, 24g protein. Mixes insanely well. Thats why i love it. And it tastes amazing. Will always be my number one protein!

I bought the marshmallow cereal flavour. I don't really get any "cereal" but it's definitely a true vanilla marshmallow flavour without any weird aftertaste. I've used in it oatmeal, smoothies and even made protein crepes with it and it worked out very well for all three. Mixes well, tastes good, doesn't upset my stomach or have a weird aftertaste and I like the ratios so I plan on trying another flavour next month!Since I do see several people leaving one star ratings because they didn't read the listing and are blaming the product and I don't find that kind of review all that helpfu, I'll clarify - this is only 1lb (14 servings) - it's not a giant tub. Not sure why this is so difficult but I guess not everyone grew up learning to pay attention and compare product size and serving info...

I was super suspect of the caramel popcorn flavor but it was so unique I had to try it... Nailed it!! I was expecting just a caramelish type taste but they somehow managed to get the popcorn flavor in as well. Now with that being said, I have only tasted it with my added dextrose for my intraworkout shake but it would taste just as good without the dextrose. It mixed very easily too. If this came in more than a 1 lb tub I would 10/10 buy it. And for the person who left a review about how small the tub was ..... if you actually read the size before you purchased you wouldnt have been "misled". Yes this is a 1 lb serving. I highly recommend

I have tried many, many protein powders over the last ten year, and I would say that this isn't all that memorable. Flavor-wise it is decent - not too sweet and doesn't have the protein bitterness you sometimes get. Consistency for one scoop in 20oz - 2.5x the recommended mix - is very thin, but I found the recommended 8oz too thick. Since I mix with fiber anyway, I need more water in the shake anyway. Gastrointestinally, no problems, I took one scoop a day, six days a week, often accompanied by creatine and some fiber and had no trouble at all. It is the kind of powder you can't leave out after mixing for more than 15m or so - you have to either fridge it or drink it, or it begins to pick up an odor.Value in protein per dollar is good enough. I'm plateaued at 183 and stayed there while using this, but I'm not trying to build mass, just maintain it. Probably need more than one scoop to make a significant advance in that regard.So, if you are looking to try a new protein powder, you can try this one. I went with the soft-serve vanilla - a generally don't go for the more exotic flavors with these things, since I have them at night - and it was quite satisfying. Maybe try a different flavor to mix it up a bit.

i like the chocolate flavor of this brand, and it has great quality in the ingredients. it is helping me add quality protein to my diet

Got the cinnamon toast crunch flavor and it's absolutely delicious. I mix it with oatmeal and even make pancakes with it and tastes great. The only thing for me is that it only comes about 60% full. I'm going to continue to buy it because it's hard to find a good tasting vanilla cinnamon flavor. I tried a bunch and they all sick. This one and final boss cinnamon swirl are my favorites, but final boss is $39 for a 2lb tub + they charge you like $5 for shipping making the price be around $44-45 + it comes about half full.

I've tried so many different flavors over the years and this one was my absolute favorite. I may be a little bias because caramel is my favorite sweet but this taste exactly like caramel popcorn! I highly recommend this product. I have their cinnamon toast crunch flavor as well which was my favorite until I tried this one. The only downside to me is that this only comes in the 1 lb size, wish they had it in the bigger 10 lb size like the cinnamon toast crunch.

I am a huge fan of the Rivalus Promasil. It blends well, tastes great, and keeps me full. I didn't realize I was buying something different when I got a 5 lb jug of this stuff. I believe this is their newest protein powder. Still blends great, doesn't seem to keep me quite as full, and while it is still better tasting than a lot of protein powders, it does not have the same fabulous flavor that Promasil has. Thanks for trying, Rivalus, but if it isn't broke, there's no need to fix it! Leave Promasil on the market. It's the only protein shake I actually look forward to drinking. I'll pass on buying this stuff again.

I mix it with just water and it tastes great.
