How long are the bands?

There is a slight difference in the length of the various colours. Generally the length including the clips is 113cm. The handles are 16cm wide. The approximate overall length is 145cm. I hope that this helps.

Do these contain latex?

Hi, yes, the bands is made of latex with excellent flexibility, thank you!

Please advise in your manual yiu mentioned the length of band can be adjusted. How can this be done? I am 5' 5''.

I don't know, but I sent them back because were too easy to pull

Hi i bought these a few months ago, unfortunately they are failing at the hooks, mechanism falling apart. How do i get replacement or refund? Thanks

Not really sure. Mine are ok at this stage but I have not used them very much. Suggest that you contact the supplier.
