A: yes the table clamp will fit up to 4 inches I've just measured it

The vice jaw will open to quite a good width, as a guide the jaw gap is slightly larger than the width of a UK 50p coin.

A: Yes you can lock up a hook in the vice jaws and then rotate the barrel of the vice when it is clamped to the table.

**Q: Are there any instructions for the aa fly tying kit on how to use the tools.**
A: The kit includes all the tools you need to start tying flies but does not include instructions on how to tie flys so a beginners fly tying book is essential to learn from any one with pictures is the best.
