HANDMADE LEATHER CRAFTHLC 21" Mens Retro Style Carry on Luggage Flap Duffel Leather Duffel Bag

I like this bag a lot, but I can't say I love it. It is the perfect size for me. The construction seems sturdy enough with all the stress points having rivets. That is not something you see in many bags at this price point. The leather has a nice appearance to it, but it isn't as heavy as I thought it might be. The strap is kind of odd in that it comes in two pieces and (in my case at least) it puts the buckle right on my shoulder. It does have a pad, but it isn't very thick. I've included a couple of photos and just for reference I packed it with what I call my Out of Country Pack. That includes the following:1 - Jeans4- Tee shirts4- Socks4- Shorts1- Sleep pants1- Sleep shirt1- Light jacket1- Shaving kit1- Small camcorder bag holding my Pentax K-50 body, 50mm lens, flash unit and SD card case2- Lens cases - 16-85mm and 55-300 both are 5"x5"x5"1- Filter case1- Leather bound journalPassport, travel guide, reading glasses, plug adapter and power converter.All of this packed into this bag rather easily with a bit of room to spare. Contrary to the description, there is no zippered inside pocket unless they are counting the one in the flap twice. As I said, I like this bag a lot. I really like the rugged appearance and the feel of the leather. But I just can't say I love it. It will absolutely be my constant companion on flights because I hate checking luggage and it easily holds all I need for 4 or 5 nights on the road plus my travel camera kit. I'd say it is a great value and I wouldn't hesitate to recommend this bag as a carry on or weekender. One more thing - Mine has none of that bad smell some of these bags can have.

What can I say? The bag was stained with pretty bad scuffs and it had a very distinct smell that another bag I ordered also had. Anyway, I returned it and ordered another one that was similar in material which didn't have scuffs but had same smell that didn't fade away after weeks of being aired out. I returned that one as well. Anyway, if you do order the bag, hope you get a nice one.

Love the bag except for the straps. Useless. You’d have to be 15 + feet tall. Just way to big and cumbersome for an older lady like me. Thank you . I would be EXCITED to just swap you out for a leather bag to one that is more suited for me???

Love this bag! I don't really notice a strong smell, just a leather smell. I've gotten compliments on the stylish, old-fashioned look of it. No interior pockets other than the zippered one under the top flap. Buckled pockets on each end and on the front. Buckled pockets are smallish, good only for small things, such as wallet, toiletries, keys, passport. I could not fit a paperback book in one, for example. Really roomy bag carries a lot. Good carry-on bag fits under the seat.
