I suffer with dreadful sinus issues and in a quest to find a natural way to help rather than spend the winter on medication I researched possible natural cures - I read that Manuka Honey - especially New Zealand Manuka Honey was very beneficial so I went in search for some - this is the best value around and whilst I am not qualified to comment on the efficacy of the honey as a sinus product - although I do think I have been much better so far this winter - what I can say is this is probably the nicest honey I have ever tasted! It has a really dark color - it is not too sticky but not too hard and is really sweet (even for honey). So ... if you like honey I would certainly recommend you give it a go - scrummy honey - may help your sinus issues - not much else to say :)
