We ordered a set of personalized champagne flutes for an upcoming wedding. They were delivered promptly and beautifully engraved, but there were some issues with the glassware itself. We contacted Etch Workz through the Amazon website and received an immediate response. they sent us a replacement set of glasses that are perfect with time to spare. Kudos to them for excellent customer service (and great glassware).

These flutes are very pretty. I was afraid they might look cheap, but they are perfect!These were very carefully packed and received on time. This was a gift for my daughter at her wedding shower.The etching is very nice and she loves them.
