9 inch Resistance Loops Exercise Resistance Bands with Carry Bag and Instruction Guide for Fitness Home Gym, Working Out (Set of 5)

I’m very glad to find these 9 inches resistance bands. And purchased two set of them just because I want to wear them for daily walking or at work or going to lunch not just for working out use. Lol. I believe I will benefit from wearing them daily. I do recommend you to buy these because of reasons below. (1)They all come with a little black carry on bag witch is very thoughtful. You can easily travel with them. (2)I used to have the 12 inches ones. But I found out they rolls every time I use them. I tried these 9 inches bands today they seems more stable. Rolls still of course but way less than those. I think it has a lot to do with my height. I’m 5’3. The 12 inches is too long not tight enough. But if you are tall then it’s a different story. (3) these bands comes with different level. Very durable. The light ones can really helping me gain strength in my arms without over doing it. And the heavy band is very thick and sturdy. They provide me with more resistance than any others. I’m very happy with the purchase so far.

For those of you looking for loops for the 80 Day Obsession program, these will work. Beachbody gives you 2 sets.... A 9 inch set for shorter people, and an 11 inch set for taller people. I had a loop break right in the middle of the program and needed a new one fast. Ordering through Amazon was the best option, and these were the only ones I could find that specifically said 9 inch. I tried another brand that was 10 inch and the resistance was just not the same.That being said, just know that the colors that coincide with resistance are different than the ones that come with 80 Day Obsession. With 80 Day, you only get 3 (yellow, green, blue - yellow being the least resistance and blue being the highest resistance). The colors for this set go in a completely different order (red, blue, green, black, yellow). It's not really a big deal once you get used to it.As for quality, they seem great. The yellow black and green bands are super thick and seem like they will last a long time.

I bought these "mini" loops to use with 80 day obsession as the larger loops that I purchased at a big box store were too big for looping around my feet or ankles for some exercises. Anyway, the red loop (light resistance) seemed like it was going to be exactly what I needed for one of the exercises, but it broke on the first day on the 2nd or 3rd exercise in. I moved up to the medium loop and it works well and has held up, as has the heavy loop. I have not yet needed the xheavy or xxheavy loops.

9/7/2018 - Updated review. The non labeled bands are being replaced with the labeled bands. I was offered labeled bands and have since received them. I am very happy, especially because it comes with an XXheavy band, so I really have something to work up to now. Great set.2 stars instead of one because the bands quality is consistent with others out there. However, the bands do not say the resistance nor did I receive any documentation telling me which band is easy, medium, etc. As you can see in my picture, the bands have no markings. Would not recommend or buy again when other bands out there indicate the resistance

I broke my other bands and took a chance on these. Well made and lots of options of resistance weight. I’m very happy with them and the price was very reasonable.

This is the second time I have purchased this item. The first time I was very happy with them. Fast forward to this set which is NOT what was advertised. I got extra light, light, medium, heavy, and extra heavy. The lowest resistance is for seniors, or people in rehab. I am neither. If they had advertised them correctly, I would not have purchased. I wanted the set they advertised with heavier resistance. This set is intended for beginners. They are heading back.

The blue band was frayed on the end in two places. I am hoping to return for a new set. The bands are a good length for 80 Day Obsession.Edit- the first set had a band that was frayed, but the seller was quick to send a new set that was fine. I love that they are 9 inches in length! The yellow and black bands are really strong! I hope to work upto that thickness!

I bought these because they are one of the few bands that are actually 9" instead of 12". Here's why they get one star from me:Pros:-five different levels of resistance-9" diameter-they're thick, didn't have any tears/fraying-carrying bag includedCons:-they're slick, so they ride up your legs instead of staying stationary for resistance-not labeled and had to reference the product details on Amazon because it didn't come with a chart of what color was what-feel as if they stretched out after a single use. They didn't lose ALL of their recoil, but they stretched to their max and I can tell lost potential in the first use.Overall, Returning them and would not recommend.
