Lovely firm pillow. Only gave 4 stars as I was not happy with the packaging. The pillow was wrapped very tightly in black plastic bag and sealed with sellotape but too tightly so when I opened gently with scissors I still managed to cut the pillow case. Luckily not too bad and will not effect the function of the pillow but I would suggest that they package future pillows with a little room to cut the package open.

Very happy with my pillow.good quality and pillow case was easy to put on.Will be buying another one for my partner.

(Initial problems with delivery where the fault of Hermes, eventually received replacement.)Pillow itself is great, highly recommended. The large size was a big surprise, but it works.

Smaller size than the ones I am replacing but firmer so like them a lot.

It covers the pillow so does its job

I bought this cushion to help me to be able to sit comfortably when I came out of hospital. It is very good quality and excellent value for money.
