Q: The photo shows 2 ruling pen attachments but the product description does not mention them. Are the 2 ruling pen attachments included with the set?

What you see is what you get. Quality set. Need to keep track of lead sharpener, it is small, black, light in weight and needs its own place every time you use it.

Q: I assumed this set came in a plastic box. However, a couple of reviews state the tools were loose in a plastic bag. So which is it?

The tools were in a plastic box and appeared to be new, however, the large compass was defective (one screw was badly stripped) and the seller refused to do anything. He responded that he didn't recognize the number on the order and answered no farther inquiries. It address on the invoice is olans@yahoo.com. I admit I failed to inspect it immediately, having set it aside until I needed it.
