Love the product but the instructions are awful. I’d love a properly translated list of instructions as the ones provided make little sense.Edit———-Took me much longer than it should’ve to put together. Included more pieces than needed and had no way to run the middle wires up to the power in the ceiling. Had to splice it into the other wire to get it up. (See photo) Quality is above par but don’t purchase unless you are willing to guess your way through putting it together.

Holy macro was this NOT an easy thing to put together. The instructions in English have a terrible translation so unless you have a resourceful handyman that knows electrical work or an electrician, this is very difficult to put together and mega time consuming. I had an electrician friend do this for me. It took him well over an hour just to put the cables running in the correct order and making sure all is connected properly. I love my lamp but unless you are super handy and know electrical stuff, know that you will need help putting this together!

Absolute piece of garbage. Instructions written in gibberish, and they looked like a photocopy of an old fax, and the wiring was way too short and not compatible with my homes wiring. No ground wire included which is super alarming. I returned it immediately.

Had to send it back. Although it was exactly what I wanted, one lantern arrived smashed to pieces and there was no phone number or company information anywhere so that I could request a replacement. Even if I had been able to keep it, the parts were all mixed up and the instructions were terrible. Very disappointed I could not use it.

Very pretty light, hard to put together, globes are really long, directions suck!

What arrived was basically a big box of parts with no instructions, without even a picture to go by. I had to look it back up on the Amazon website just to see how it was supposed to look. As another poster indicated, there is insufficient wire so you'll have to add some, and there is no ground. If you are not extremely mechanically inclined do not order this! It took me several hours to put it together and get it installed, and I'm an experienced handyman with good electrical skills. Also, the plate that attaches to your ceiling box will not completely cover a standard round box so I had to use an old (round) cover plate from an old fixture I had. It looks nice once I got it up, and my wife was happy (which is all that really matters!)
