These were purchased for another person. Their comments are that they are soft, very comfortable and effective in preventing adjacent toes from irritating with each other and causing blistering. They were reccomended by the podiatrist as an alternative to surgery. As a plus they are very good at staying in place with socks on the feet. Barefoot they will manage to work loose.

These are great for any misalignment of your toes - like hammer toe or bunions it spreadsthe toes to the proper alignment and are very comfortable.

I love these spacers. I broke my middle toe so bad it had to be amputated due to previous surgery involving hardware and cages. Naturally the toes on either side decided to claim the recently vacated space. I ordered these not really expecting them to work (I have a long history of foot problems) but willing to give them a try. They are wonderful. I can't even tell I am wearing one. I decided to try one on the other foot which was forming a blister due to bunion problems and again it did the trick. It keeps the toes in their own lane without any pressure or pain or sticky bandages. I have never had much luck finding anything I could tolerate for very long but these have worked wonders for me. I would recommend them.

I have just bought my second pack of these, but I almost didn't buy the first pack. Some reviews said that these were hard plastic and returned them unopened. That made me hesitate to buy them, but more of the reviews said they were soft silicon, so I decided to give them a chance. Once I received them I almost sent them back thinking they were hard plastic. THEN I opened them. They are soft silicon and are very comfortable if you need to separate toes for a variety of reasons.They are also a great value. If you try to find these in a drug store it will cost you between $8 and $12 dollars for a pair of them. These are a just little over $1 apiece, so they are not only a good product, but a great bargain. You may think you only need a couple, and it took me several months and trips to the beach to have to reorder them (I lost them, they didn't wear out). I can even use them in closed toe sandals without socks and they stay between my toes.They are also washable, so even if they get dirty you can wash them with a little soap and water.

I had one of these from my podiatrists office but needed some more. These are much bigger; I haven’t figured out if that’s a problem or not.

I have a bunion and my big toe is pushing into my first toe. I am diabetic and afraid of sores. I purchased these (it comes with a bunch) its not just one. I do wear with my sandals & barefoot. I have not tried with shoes but think it would be ok since I only wear round toe shoes due to the bunion. Does not rub so I think it's fixed my problem my toes don't hurt anymore due to the continuous push of that big toe onto the 2nd toe.

I have two overlapping toes. I place a Gel Toe Spacer between them every morning before I putting on my socks and shoes. All day long it does what it's intended to do. Regardless of how much walking, hiking, or exercise I might do, I am never aware it's there. I remove it at night when I undress to go to bed. I've been doing this every day for a few years, now. I recommend these.
