Letter board looks great and fits perfectly in our wall collage. I give this 4 stars instead of 5 for the need of additional letters for many phrases we wanted to put on the board. Had to use W's as M's and cut an X to make a Y. We made it work, but it would be nice to have more of the common letters. Other than that this is an awesome product and I would definitely recommend.

Missing J, L, M and only came with 2 Rs in white :( When I compared the white letters to the glow in the dark letters, I found I am missing an entire strip of letters. Who can I contact to get the missing strip?
