There is an included magnet that goes inside the holder, and may need to be glued down if you're clumsy like me. There is also a small metal disc with protective film on one side and 3M adhesive on the other. The disc adheres to the chalk to help hold it to the magnet (see pictures). Which is useful in case the set screw gets lost. Mine did for a couple days before I found it again. Honestly a great deal, my only nits would be to give an extra set screw or two because they're very small.
