Korean Cooking Paperback – Illustrated, 4 Dec. 2014

This book is good if you want a general idea of Korean recipes and it is filled with pictures which is great. However there are a lot of pages dedicated to Korean culture, agriculture and so on which can be a little frustrating when it’s suppose to be a cookbook. I didn’t enjoy reading about it but I felt the huge amount of space used could have be utilised with more recipes.

Easy to follow recipes if you can track down the Korean ingredients. Tried a few and the result was totally yummy.

fantastic a whole new world of cooking. Hot Fiery food that somewhere in between japanese, chinese, and thailand. Our favorite tea is now Korean hot pork with chinese leaf.

get it if you like korean, japanese or chines cuisines. Covers all Korean dishes. recommended !

Recipes are easy to follow. Tasty meals.
