Great product, poor packaging!
Product fitted perfectly, no leaking and worked well, but the packaging had absolutely no instructions on how to switch between stream and spray modes. I had to look on the internet using the product code, to get a diagram.For those of you who want to buy this, you just pull the head downwards to switch between stream and spray.

Update after 8 months: Can't switch from spray to stream
After 8 months. Update: very difficult to switch from spray to stream. Feels like it's going to break.The hose is "wiggly". I thought you could bend and aim it, and it would stay. Wiggly is okay

Saves water and eliminate splashing
I was looking for a tap extension to avoid splashing of water. This not only solves my problem , but also saves water. It looks strong and rigid and hopefully stay for long

This came with only one connector not two as advertised, does not fit our tap
