Review: Stopped Working After 17 Months – Very Disappointed - I am very disappointed with my Fitbit Charge 6. After only 17 months and 20 days of use, the device suddenly stopped turning on. For the last two days, sleep tracking was not working properly, and then the watch completely stopped functioning. I tried charging it multiple times, but there is no response at all. I also followed several troubleshooting suggestions from YouTube and Fitbit support forums, but nothing worked. Considering the price of the device, I expected it to last much longer. What makes the situation worse is the lack of proper service centres and support options in India. When a device fails just after the warranty period, customers are left with very limited solutions. Overall, this has been a frustrating experience, and I feel that my money has been wasted. I would not recommend this product based on its reliability and after-sales support.

### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ (One of) The best fitness tracker out there

I’ve bought 2 of these Fitbits 1.5 years ago and this is my review. Pros: 1. No nonsense fitness tracker which does offer some of the “smartwatch” benefits but still doesn’t lose its unique charm. 2. The watch integrates seamlessly with Android and iOS both. I didn’t face any issues with connectivity and all the features were available in both the phone types. 3. You can watch YouTube reviews which go in depth regarding the accuracy, overall it’s quite good for the watch’s price tag. And the Fitbit app provides quite a decent chunk of statistics as well. There is a paywall, but most features are still accessible for free. Cons: 1. Since Google bought Fitbit they’ve had a bit of an identity crisis. Google isn’t prioritising Fitbit products and we don’t even know if Charge 7 will come to the market or not. 2. Not “smart enough”. This watch is strictly a fitness tracker with some smart elements. If you want a smart watch then go for Apple/ Samsung watches. Overall Verdict: I used the watch for 1.5 years and it worked wonderfully, would’ve still used it but I received an Apple Watch so this one is going to my mother. You can buy it you won’t regret it. (All of these are my personal experiences, I’ve read instances online where the watch stopped working after 1 year or so but my experience has been entirely positive)
