amazing book!
Used with my PT and found it very useful and fun, Not comfortable but in time I think I will be very glad I purchsed this book, Would recommend.Most likely better with a partner, inmy case my PT.

This book is fantastic i can now once again do deadlifts/squats with ease
I've been going to the gym for few years now, and i noticed my hips were starting to become tight when doing squats. This book is fantastic i can now once again do deadlifts/squats with ease. Stretching is a must for anyone going to the gym, and you need to know how to do them correctly, and what you should be feeling while doing the stretch.

it's awesome i love that pictures with all muscles which take part in various position! it's perfect for anatomy students just like Anatomy of fitness Core.

Book
Quite a comprehensive book on how to stretch with good diagrams and explanations as to which muscle group you are stretching. Good aid for using a foam roller.

Great book
I really like this book. I saw it first in a library and then decided to buy one. I really like the fact that they show every muscles you are working in doing the stretching. You don't realize which muscles you are working and this book help you to discover it. Some exercises might seem strange at the beginning, but at least you are working all your muscles.
