It arrived somewhat later than I expected it too. I thought it had been lost. However it arrived and I installed it. Very very easy to put up. The durability is very good also. Just the right thickness for my intentions. The light is bright and colours really stand out. Did not use the adhesive backing as it was to be put on rough wood in my man cave but the clips it came with done the job perfectly. Very happy with purchase

Love the design, much better of need to curve them no breakage, cokes with fixings, easy to fit, lovely selection of colours and able to make brighter or duller, can also mix, work perfectly as outdoor lighting, I used mine to light me decking, obviously could be used indoors if wished too, definitely recommend buying these.

Bought this for my 5yr old sons bedroom.We're both very happy with how it looks and gives the room a great ambience feel.The clips that are supplied hold the lights securely in place on the perimeter of the ceiling. The remote control has a good range and plenty of colour options especially when app is downloaded too.Adapter wire is too short so had to buy an extension. It wasnt clear on instructions how to cut excess rope safely so had to research this. Fantastic product, will have to buy another one now for other childs bedroom.

These are good but could be improved for using at the endges of the ceiling. The clips don't hold the strip just lightly slot in so you couldn't use them on the ceiling just the wall like shown.Don't cut just anywhere, I asked this question and also went through questions about it, people say cut to length.. so with me listening to them and now have dead lights at the end as shown. I've bought led strip lights before and it always needs cutting at the copper connections. With this you can cut technically anywhere but if between 2 copper connections it will be dead until the next connections like mine. You can just see the copper line, like the 2nd pic. These are every 10cm. Go past at this line at the end then cut, so you don't have dead lights.Instructions very poor and 'clips are more like slides, they won't hold the heavy lights on a ceiling.This is a 2 person job if using tape as the strip is heavy unless youre screwing in the clips when using on the wall... I used 3M brand double sided tape. Cut it into 3 and it hides perfectly behind the strip. **Update its all fallen down - I used the tape strip every 5cm, but its just too heavy. Bit stuck now in how to get them to stay in the ceiling corners :(

The media could not be loaded. Great value product. The light is bright enough for ambient lighting but not bright enough to replace a ceiling light. The light is nice and evenly distributed along the whole length of rope, not the obvious spots of light and dark you get with LED strips. This rope light was easy to install using 3M foam tape (not supplied) and very flexible to allow fitting around corners etc. They supply small plastic clips with screws which would be ok on plasterboard walls, unfortunately my walls are all solid, hence the 3M. The neons give a great range of vibrant colors, dimmable and easily operated with the supplied remote control. The little control module has a built in mic and can be set to react to sound. If you need to shorten the length you literally just cut it with scissors (make sure it's not plugged in before you cut it). The only gripe I would make is the power lead isn't very long at around a metre. I've no hesitation in recommending this product and if I need more, these are what I'd buy again.

Really like the lights, I was hesitant to order it first because I wasnt sure if its flexible enough to make a "neon light" style writing on wall. It is flexible enough and the clips that came with the lights are of good quality and hold it really well. It does look great in my opinion, nice color range and also the options to change between colors are really nice. Haven't used the app yet, the remote control is more than enough for my daughter. The only fault I find and the reason I gave 4 starts is that making the light a certain size can be a bit of a pain. The only place u can cut the light is at the end of it where there is no power cable. So for example in my case when I did my sign, I should have built the letters backwards and than cut the end of the strip. Instead what I did is, I started normally, done the letters, than cut the light to size at the end where the power cable is, and than I reattached the power cable with a soldering iron. I probably overcomplicated it BUT if the seller would include an RGB connector for led lights (which probably cost like 60-70p) in the box it would make the set perfect.

Good quality came with all the fittings you can need. Installation took me around 1 hour after getting things ready to hang them. Really made my frontroom pop out. Numerous light settings and patten styles. Very happy with the finish and look. Would recommend.
