Bought for a friend. 3rd buying this for friends. Excellent basic tool to strengthen your body core. Decent quality for the low price.

Durable and easy to use wheel roller

Great wheel, poor difficult handles to get on. Shame as it’s all great quality except for the handles. I’ve tried purchasing 2 other wheels and this is the best out of the 3 so I’ll keep. Good knee pad that comes with it. The exercises definitely work your core, I’m feeling amazing. You notice the difference in yourself very quickly.I was contacted kindly by the seller and they sent me another ab wheel free of charge. I really appreciated this because if the handles deteriorate quickly now I have a spare. So value for money.

The only thing holding the wheels on here is the tight-fitting foam tube handles which fit over the central metal pipe, and you have to push those on yourself - I didn't find this easy and I'm fairly dextrous, I do crafting as a hobby. They wouldn't go on, then one went too far and I struggled to work it back without tearing it. If you have problems with your hands this is something to be aware of in advance. It also limits the lifetime of the roller to the lifetime of the foam. If I'd known that I may not have bought this model, my fitness gear is all pink, grey, and black and I wanted this to match, but the ugly old purple plastic roller I was using at least doesn't rely on foam to hold it together. This one works okay once assembled, and it looks great. The price balances out the handle issue, so no serious complaints, but I would have paid more for something sturdier in solid plastic with the same colours and look.

Not a great start - put the first rubber handle on fine second one would not go on and still doesn't go on more than a couple of inches onto the bar 😞
