Great quality product and customer service. I sent over 5 pictures and asked for them to be put into a specific order, within 12 hours I received a proof of what the banner would like and it was exactly what I wanted. 2 days later I received the item, looks even better in real life ..I would recommend this item for any special occasion.

I cannot even describe how lovely my banner is. I ordered one with five pictures across the bottom for my daughters 21st and they are of wonderful quality in both colour and clarity and size, I was concerned when ordering that many pictures would mean they would turn out too small. Sending an email to explain what I wanted was simple and I received a reply email with it all designed for to me to confirm I was happy with the placements. Delivery was quick and the quality of the banner material is good not fragile so can be comfortably pinned up without worrying about tearing. I was very impressed it came promptly and Everyone was wowed by it on the night the colors are lovely it’s great quality aswell sort of heavy matte graphite finish on hard card. We kept ours as a keepsake.

Quick responses to emails with photos and wording, proof within hours of placing order. Banner came in post 2 days after ordering and I am really pleased with the finished product. Have recommended to family and friends, will definitely use again.

So upset to have to write a bad review. I ordered a banner for my nieces birthday. I was shown a proof which was perfect and then i recieved a4 sheets of paper with a random woman on it. When i rang to complain i was told im having her on. No darling im not pathetic over 16 quid i can order another but your service and tone of voice will loose you alot of customers.

Fantastic - so pleased with the banner we had printed for our son's 18th birthday. Excellent quality and will be a great keepsake. Looking forward to our son seeing it displayed at his forthcoming party. Would buy again.

There were issues processing the information I emailed and then when it finally arrived there were smudges and marks on the banner but it was too late to get this fixed so I'm so disappointed and expected more for the money charged.
