Takes about 90 minutes to charge battery, which gives you no more than 3 minutes flight time. This quadcopter is not for beginners or indoor use. If you are a beginner look else where, I can't recommend this product.Update 30th May 2015, this quad is a total waste of money, one of the worst items that I have bought on Amazon.

this is a really good quadcopter, it was the first one i have owned and found it fairly easy to fly although i did need about 15 minute practise to get use to the controls (as you prob. would for any rc).it has 3 modes to make it easier to fly but if you wanted just to fly it inside you will need a big room, the controls respond very fast and the 3d flips look fantastic.outside flying is great once you get use to flying it, change the mode and you get more speed and control, it does very well in windy conditions as well, i would say up to about 10 mph and it still flies comfortably.

It is a very amazing drone that I have ever tried. It is a speedy and stable drone for both beginners and advanced pilots like me. The size is really handy and fit for flying over obstacles for racing.Design:Its appearance is so cool and attractive. Its black and orange color is easy for me to spot in the mid sky even I have flown it far from me. The chassis and the body is fully protected by its propeller guards. I think it has saved itself during my initial flights.Speed:Just realized that it has 3 speed modes. When I switched to the 3rd speed, it is already very fast that I can't even master it. I think its speed is super super fast, and if you are not a professional player, start from speed 1 for safety!Stability:I thought it would not be a good thing until I have tried it for a week. The signal coverage is satisfactory when I play in my high school playground (5-10m high, ~30m far). Despite the fact that it has NO borameter for altitude lock, its light weight body design has already enables stable flight.Battery:For the battery life, it makes me a little bit disappointed coz I could only play for around 8 mins. Nevertheless, it matches what it has described, and that is kind of a limitation for most of the toy drones.Remote controller,The shape of the shelter of the remote doesn't make me feel like it is a toy drone. Its sanded surface and sensitive joysticks do make me feel awesome!Overall, it has become one of my favorite drones.

Does not hold charge and doesn't not work as stated online or on box

This thing is so awesome. Pretty easy to learn. Works great and is so much fun.
