That other one that mentioned the block. Was not as near as deep as this brand. Single leg thrusts...are humbling. This item permitting me the hip thrust station... is golden. I am quite pleased with the product. As it doesn't take up an excessive amount of space when not in use. I do struggle with clutter...even unusable clutter. This was a welcoming purchase. No regrets. However that also makes it easy to move around. It's nice that the top is sloped so shorter people can use one side and taller people can use the other. There is over a foot of difference in my husband's and my height, so we appreciate that.
