I am pleased with this HP 301 XL black and colour remanufactured cartridge pack.XL means the same physical size just that they print more pages. I will edit later if there is any issue with this.They arrived individually wrapped in sealed protective packs.There were no issues with set up. I did get the message that a USED HP Cartridge had been installed. Then I got the test page as normal.The colour and black get a similar result to the original and the colours are clear.So far they are lasting well and overall I am happy with the results and I would buy them again.

Today I used this ink and it is so horrible that whilst I was printing my work only half the page printed. I am now worried that it may have damaged my printer and I wish that I had never bought it. I was so annoyed that I threw the work in the bin but decided to show others so that they would not waste their own money like I did. I am a student who tried to save a bit of money but wasted it on a terrible product.

Best refills I have ever had. HP printer took them without any trouble. Will use again.

Delivery was fast and fitted perfectly. I’ve only printed 8 pages so far and after the most recent print out of my black and white document, my printer alerted me that my ink is running low. All of my printouts are only words with no pictures, I think it’s pretty expensive for what I’ve paid to print only 8 pages of words with no pictures or colour-ins. Really disappointing!Update: Customer service contacted me after reading my review and were happy to help me rectify the problem. They suggested sending me a new set but somehow the address that I’ve given them could not be recognised. They decided to refund me, am waiting for it to go through. Bottomline: Excellent customer service even though the cartridge may not have fitted my printer well. They were very prompt in replying and were eager to solve the problem.

Edit: I’m editing this review as they have very kindly offered a refund for this purchase, which is great. Fantastic customer service.One of the cartridges doesn’t work - my printer is just telling me the cartridge needs to be replaced, according to Google, this is likely a damaged chip. I can’t see a way to contact the seller - this seems like a ridiculous system!I’ve had these before and they worked without fault - but one from this set is damaged.

This Product arrived on time I installed them in printer with no problems and they worked perfectly straight awayand I would definitely order them again , GOOD PRODUCT GOOD PRICE This is the 3rd time I have ordered these cartridges and I have never had any problems I would rate them Perfect/ Excellent definitely 5 star service

they say they are compatible with my printer but I am sorry they were not really because I had a terribly time trying toget printer to work with them and align them up so no I would not by again
