Loaf Pan with Lid Toast Pan Baking Bread Pan Pullman Loaf Pan with Cover Toast Mold Pullman Pan

I was looking for a deep loaf tin for baking GF toast breads. I've just made my first GF sourdough bread in it and it looks great. I did use parchment paper to line it but that's my personal preference. Bread rose well and looks like normal toast size slices. The crust is evenly browned on all sides. Really happy with the result.

I purchased the wrong size, my fault, I like the larger size loaf. This product is well made and does what it is supposed to do. I do regrommend this product.

I've been looking for wider and higher Pullman pan, and throught I found one. But I was very disappointed that this pan is way short of the measurements stated.

I bought this because I wanted uniform slices for making sandwiches. It works fine. The venting holes didn’t cause me any problems. I haven’t had it that long so cannot comment on durability.

The pans are smaller than described. I also didn't know they came with three holes in the bottom. I guess that would be fine for loaves of yeast bread, but I make a lot of quick breads from batter. I dint want to have to deal with parchment every time so nothing leaks out the holes. I returned them and ordered the Jamie Oliver tall loaf pans, which I'm very happy with.

I bought this about 3.5 years ago BUT in that time I’ve used it 3 times. The last time I used it I greased it as usual and the loaf got stuck. When it finally released there was lining stuck to it so I ended up having to cut the entire crust off and now have an unusable pan Shame as i was very happy with it otherwise.

Just used this to make a loaf of sandwich bread and it's amazing! Pops right out! It's also the perfect size for someone who lives alone and wants to make bread every week. I've always wanted a pullman loaf pan but the normally large sizes put me off. On the flip-side, if you're planning on baking bread for a family, you don't want this pan. Read the dimensions given: it's tiny! Perfect for one or two but definitely not for more.

I did not expect the holes on the bottom but the dough does not stick in rising and cooking and the loaf is lovely. I mix my dough in the electric breadmaker (Cuisinart setting 10 Dough) and then transfer the dough to these pans and proof, then cook at 375 degrees F for 35 minutes. Sometimes I mix the dough and then make it into rolls for burgers or sandwiches but for my loaves, I uses these Pullman Pans but I do not use the lids as I have with the larger Pullman Pan that I have. Currently using them for Walnut Rye Bread, Cracked Wheat Bread and Bean Bread.

This pan performs well. The dough stays contained inside when proofing and the baked bread comes out square shaped.However, I would categorize this pan as a specialty pan. I would recommend it only if you need a pan of specific size as it's fairly small. I bought it specifically for my Ninja Foodi after having seen recommendations on youtube. However it didn't fit it with the lid on which was a big disappointment. I had had to tweak the lid a little bit so that it fits inside. This has nothing to do with the performance of the pan but thought I mention it just in case someone is buying it for similar purpose.

First time I have used a Pullman pan and the bread turned out perfectly! Cooks at a lower temperature than regular bread and makes a perfectly square loaf. Very happy with it!

J'aime beaucoup utiliser ce moule pour le pain de mie et les brioches, avec ou sans le couvercle. Le revêtement ne colle pas, même si le moule n'a pas été beurré, et l'entretien est facile. Je recommande sans hésiter ce produit, mais garder à l'esprit que ce moule est de petit dimension. Il me convient très bien tel quel.Rien à redire sur la livraison, le délai était plus que raisonnable. Par contre, il est fait mention d'une housse. Elle était manquante dans mon colis.
