Great for stretching and assisting wuth pullups. Good quality bands. They do smell rubbery when new but goes away after some use.

This was exactly what I was looking for! I use these things everywhere I go for a quick workout! The 3 pack is a steal. The band's are very thick and strong. I hope I don't have to buy another set but if I do, I'll be coming back for sure!

Really good for pull up training!

I received a day after I ordered.It worked great!My only problem is that they came all powdery and the blue one is discolored, probably just a color issue. This is where you will see difference between a good Amazon seller and a great one.
