They are selected by us and the bottles are custom altered for SPECIFIC Baby Alive dolls. The bottle is 2oz and is partially filled with FAKE milk liquid. The two food packets are Baby Alive Powdered Green Veggies which you mix with water to feed your doll. The diaper will be a brand name, micro preemie size, similar to the BA diaper size. The pacifier is not Baby Alive brand and has the nipple on it. It fits Super Snackin LILYS' mouth perfectly. If your doll can fit a real baby pacifier size 0-6 months then this set may be ok for you. ITEMS ARE NOT MAGNETIC. When you receive your order, please read ALL enclosed care directions BEFORE using. By following the directions, your custom Baby Alive set will last a long time. Keep away from small children under 8 WITHOUT SUPERVISION and DO NOT ALLOW ANY CHILD OR ADULT to try to open the bottles and DRINK THE LIQUIDS.
