SYL FitnessJ-Hooks for Squat/Power Rack - Available in 2"x2" and 3"x3", Heavy Duty J-Cups Barbell Holder with UHMV Pads

I bought a cheap 2x2 amazon rack a few years ago. The original jcups were pretty bad. I bought the 2x2 with 1/2 pin jcups. The 2x2 fits very well and I'm happy with the fit. The 1/2 pin is smaller than my (oddly sized) 3/4 hole, but the small size turned out to be fine. The jcup doesn't move or rattle, so I'm just going to leave it alone and use the new jcups. The plastic is good enough so that I don't expect my bar to get damaged when I rerack the barbell. This jcup is very tall, so I won't have to worry about going to high and hitting the rack or snagging the top "lip" of the jcup. Good value, I recommend.

A little pricey but are very solid and I love the front "ramp" makes for doing max reps easier to get the bar rested, my power cage had j hooks with like a 2 inch high ramp in the front, made it difficult to rest the bar back on the hooks. someone took the time to make these well!!! 5-stars all the way, in fact going to order 2 more :)

A bit loose but overall a great addition to my power rack.

I wanted a second pair of j-hooks for my power rack and these fit the bill. They are much better than I thought they'd be. I have them on my Titan X-3 and think they're a better size than the standard Titan j-cups (they're a little smaller, but still fit my safety squat bar). Because the cup doesn't come out as far, I like these for benching too. The look and feel and weight suggest these are plenty sturdy for me and likely 99% of any lifters who would use them. Overall, why not save some money and get these? Unless you buy Rogue, they're made in China just like these. These are just priced much better than Rep or Titan's.

I had bought a rack that had these super short J-hooks, and they stuck out. These ones fit the rack perfectly and it allowed me to push the barbell up against the rack without any safety issues.

These hooks are solid! The metal is thicker than my ex girlfriend and guaranteed last longer than America's social security fund. I put my 45 pound Olympic bar on them and then hung on the bar with my 230 pound body. Didn't bend at all. The UHMW plastic is thick and hard and protects every part of your shaft from touching any kind of metal and avoids ruining your knurling. If the plastic does wear out, you can unscrew the section you want to replace and slap in a new one. This version from SYL is very good. Buy them.

Works very well on my fitness reality rack. Not a perfect fit, as should be expected if using these on other manufacturers racks. How ever I have had no issues and feel safe using these J hooks.

I have a 3x3 rack. I had J-hooks like this one, but you had to unscrew and re screw a threaded safety bolt every time you adjusted them (pain). You don’t have to do it with these. Work good so far

It was okay I have seen better but good for the price

Had to rerurn it. On my rack it goes too low when put in highest position for bench press. Can't get correctly under rhe bar. The quality is very good.

Items were loosely shipped in a box with no padding between them and arrived dented and scratched. One safety's powder coating wasn't applied properly so there was a strip of rust in the corner. Ordering another pair to see if it's an anomaly.Update: It's not an anomaly, but I suppose you can mix and match. Functions just fine, so only one star deducted.
