To heat up the bag, put it in to the microwave at 600W for 3-4 minutes (along with a small cup of water to keep the grains from drying out). You can also put it in the oven wrapped in aluminium foil for approximately 10 minutes at 150°C, or simply place it on a radiator for about 15 minutes. To cool the cushion, put it in a plastic bag to protect against humidity, and put it in the freezer.
