This is the hottest sauce in our chilli sauce range and yes, it is really (really) extra extra hot. Over 20% of its ingredients are chilli. From the mighty, rare 7 Pot Barrackpore Chilli to Yellow Fatali and rounded off with our signature African grown Scotch Bonnets. It’s not one for the faint hearted and as such, this chilli sauce is the perfect ‘Hot Head’ dipping sauce. It’s an ideal accompaniment to spice up a paella, chilli con carne or spaghetti bolognese. However as our motto is “It’s all about the taste!” it’s also very flavoursome! It’s also incredibly versatile and we think you’ll find you could use it for almost anything. Most of our customers describe this product as an ‘Adults/Hot Head Ketchup’, possibly because it’s got a light tomato base with rich undertones of garlic, white pepper and citrous lemon zest.
