Excellent sauce if you like heat
This is not crazy hot like some of the more mental hot sauces out there, but just the right amount of heat for me. I drizzle a few drops into pasta sauce for example - it is hot enough for me that there is no need for more than that. It tastes very good too. If you are an amateur please watch-out - this is hot enough to make you cry if you try it undiluted.
