My daughter said she tried to use it in bed but it was to bulky and made it crowded. She does like using it when watching tv.

I purchased this pillow because I have a bad habit of rolling over on my back when I sleep and then wake up with a back ache. This prevents that from happening and is very comfortable. Although it is called a pregnancy pillow it works for anyone who need extra support when sleeping.
