But, this item exceeded my expectations. Very comfortable, looks fabulous, and the heel is very comfortable too as it's slightly curved and moulds to the foot. Unlike my other pair of le chameau that I have been using recently, as the sole is too flat. I believe the hunter brand stands the test of time. The calf area is not so tight so that you can tuck in thicker trousers and thick socks, etc. Its so classic and great quality too. Does what it says on the tin. I would buy this item again. Thanks for your fast delivery as it arrived a day earlier. Great service, recommend... ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Warm and comfy *by on Reviewed in the United Kingdom 4 January 2026* Lovely fit ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐ No major gripes, all round pleased *by on Reviewed in the United Kingdom 15 October 2014* Received my order as expected so happy with service. Minor marks on the right boot, but it doesn't take away the pleasing colour appearance of the boots. Probably would of expected a small bag to go with the boots for transporting etc, my girls boots did (ordered before elsewhere) which is useful. Think about the size though when ordering, ordered size 11, which I am in shoes and trainers, probably could of gone with a size 10 and still be comfortable with thick socks. Still pretty pleased with purchase and the boots are getting plenty of use after having received them a couple of weeks ago. ## Frequently Bought Together - Hunter Women's Original Short Rain Boots - Hunter Women's Original Play Short Boots --- ## Why Shop on Desertcart? - 🛒 **Trusted by 1.3+ Million Shoppers** — Serving international shoppers since 2016 - 🌍 **Shop Globally** — Access 737+ million products across 21 categories - 💰 **No Hidden Fees** — All customs, duties, and taxes included in the price - 🔄 **15-Day Free Returns** — Hassle-free returns (30 days for PRO members) - 🔒 **Secure Payments** — Trusted payment options with buyer protection - ⭐ **TrustPilot Rated 4.5/5** — Based on 8,000+ happy customer reviews **Shop now:** [https://www.desertcart.be/products/56615502-hunter-original-short-womens-wellington-boots](https://www.desertcart.be/products/56615502-hunter-original-short-womens-wellington-boots) --- *Product available on Desertcart Belgium* *Store origin: BE* *Last updated: 2026-10-07*
