Pretty good!
These really help to numb out/cool down the intense itch i sometimes get in my ear. I’m happy that it’s relatively inexpensive, it doesn’t burn the inside of my ear and is definitely hydrating. Overall fairly effective. I also like that there’s no smell and seems relatively natural. My only complaint is that the effects don’t seem to be very long lasting. It helps the itchiness I have/symptoms, but it’s more a quick fix than a permanent one.

Great Product!
I had a horrendous ear ache last Friday, still not sure what the cause was, water in my ear, infection or something else - it was also itchy in the canal. I always get sick on a Friday so I could not see a doctor. Ordered these drops and they were delivered early on Saturday. Within an hour of using them, I felt better, and used them before bed and I slept perfectly through the night. You need to keep your head to the side for at least 20 minutes. The first day I kept a cotton ball in my ear. Sunday, I had no pain. It relieved the itching too and allowed me to sleep through the night perfectly. Only used them Sunday morning and Sunday night and that was it. It was great value for the price, perfect size…if you need more than that bottle you definitely need to see a doctor. I think it was mostly odorless, I did not really smell anything bad. Hope I don’t need it again, but I would reorder if needed!

Doesn't work well enough so i'm making an appointment with my ear nose and throat , doctor
It barley works but takes too long so I'm going to my ear nose and throat Doctor to get the rest of the wax removed

Works well but does leave oily feel for a long time. No smell or anything and easy to use. I guess the oil is for moisturizing. Good size and works.

This stuff works! I didn't have an actual earache... it was just pressure and itchiness. It made me cranky and irritable for a week before I decided to try these drops. After just 5 treatments, my ear felt normal again. I have a lot of issues with my ears in the spring, and now I finally have something that works! I will always have a bottle of these drops in my house.

Works Perfectly!
This Hyland's Earache Drops worked perfectly for my son's stuffy ears after he swam. After 48 hours he could hear normally without everything sounding muffled! Great value for the cost!
