I am giving this a good review even tho I returned it. It was not right for me because a bit too much squeezing I just want good support. I put it on for a few minutes and at first it felt nice but hurt after 5-10 minutes. But I thought the product was well made with good materials. I also thought the ball was great with tons of pressure point pushers and solidly made. Would have liked to have it but not worth the money for a ball.

the ball serves the purpose like it should good quality.. but the arch supports are low quality i have used them carefully just twice and already are tearing apart..really low quality

The arch support band was to big , I ordered a medium because I have a average width foot, this was a waste of money for me. I did not return .

They are too large for the foot so it fits like a loose sock that. It doesn’t grip tightly enough yet still seems to be unweaving itself and falling apart. I barely wore it for an hour before the taking it off.
