Great product, really helps
This product is something that has tangible benefits. After stopping taking the tablets for a few weeks I began to feel bloated and heavy, soemthing that was also noticable with extra pounds on the scales. After two weeks using the tablets I feel better and am beginning to lose weight slowly again - with no change in diet or excercise. The results are not spectacular but are well worth the cost of the goods, if only for the fact you feel healthier!

I've used these for some time....
They are quite good - they're not going to slim you automatically but they definitely help me. They say they work by soaking up the fat and it comes out naturally and I can believe this, there is definitely a difference when I take them. I use them when I have a heavy eating day and when I'm dieting sensibly. They will help you if you're dieting properly and when it says for every 2lbs you lose from your own effort dieting, these will help you lose an additional 2lbs - I agree with this, they do - for me. My sis uses them too and sees a difference.

Didn't work for me
Tried these instead of the more expensive alternative - Unfortunately these still left me feeling hungry after meals, and there was no weight loss over the period of taking these, whereas there was with the other pills. Moving back to the more expensive version that works.

RUBBISH!
I have been taking these for the past couple of weeks now, following the rules, drinking four pints of water a Day, and on a Healthy diet. ......I have GAINED, SIX pounds!!!!!!. so, these tablets are Obviously doing the Opposite, or storing fat but NOT releasing it?. a TOTAL disopointing, waste of money!.

I'm unsure how 'good' these are for you; but I've used fat magnet tablets on and off for many years and I believe they help in my weight loss
