Love this stuff, used it for years. If I wake up at 3am it helps me get back to sleep.

I have had extremely severe permanent insomnia as a result of mercury poisoning from vaccines for the past 24 years. Weleda's sedative pilules had an immediate calming effect on me, relieving my tense muscles and fidgeting within seconds of taking it. Unfortunately, it didn't make me sleep, but it's very good as a supplement to the other things I take to make me sleep, and lets them work faster.
