Good product for the money, surprisingly good service!
It's a great docking port with all the essentials. I think I would have preferred more USB ports, but 3 is pretty good and I can add a hub if needed, but have made do without. Great price and it just worked out of the box.I did have an issue with mine where it stopped working about 5 weeks in. The HDMI port dropped out and it stopped passing power through to my laptop to charge... the USB still seemed to work. I email support and they got back to me a day later with a follow up question, and then shipped out a new one which it looks like I'll have the day after. Every product has a few duds in the lot, but they took care of it promptly. If this second one holds up, I'll likely update my review to 5 stars. Thank you for the easy prompt service!

Nothing worked!
The ethernet port barley got 45MBPS, only one of the USB ports worked and my HDMI cables kept coming loose from the ports. Overall, I'm very disappointed with this product. The seller did reach out to me, but I just didn't care since I didn't want another one. I sent it back. PASS ON THIS POS!!

Better than even hopped for and I had high hopes
This works great with both my ipad air and pro...no need for an app...plug and play...you find the unit in the my files tab on your ipday or tablet...works great with both...easy to use with om's but a challenge somewhat with Android...not a big challenge...just different...doesn't work on my ipad I got in 2013 I knew it wouldn't...said what it will work with...but I had to Rey so I got a usp to lightning adapter and oh well...but still needed that adapter for my ipad pro. Has a lightning connector and not a USB c connector....I also got a USB c to USB adaptor so I can plus into my PC...and read multiple thumb drives at once...well clicking between the units......so all and all I'm not sorry I got it and been using it to het my pictures off the iPad and on my PCs external hdd

Didn't come with a power supply
It's been working as needed. had all the ports I needed.But it DIDN'T come with a power supply. And I didn't see where the description informed this.You will have to have your own power supply; or purchase one separately.

Has all the right hook ups and enough of them too
This product works as advertised, easy plug in and has all the right hook ups for what I need.Definitely recommend as it had the most ports for the best price while other products had less of one type or another and the prices were all ranging.

Probably not worth the investment.
I had my dock delivered on 03/10/24, and on 04/17/24, all of the USB ports stopped working completely. The dock itself technically still works, but of course this happened 10 days after the return window closed.I think if you are looking for a budget friendly dock, this is a good solution. My desk is a multi-purpose desk, not only does it serve as my WFH setup with a PC, but its also my personal set up with my M2 Mac.. I wanted a dock to where I could keep everything plugged in, and only have to swap out the laptops. I was able to do that, up until the USB stopped working.As you may know, the M2 Mac only works with one display natively. I’ve explored the display link option, and have decided to give that route a shot. Just know that this dock does not support display link.I’ve gone ahead and ordered a different dock (with display link capability) to replace this one. I don’t think this was a bad product, as it did what it was supposed to, and technically still works, however the USB’s taking a dump after a month soured my experience. If you are looking to use this for a mac/pc set up, I would spend the extra money and go with a different option.

Needed to connect to a projector and wasn't sure what to do. Found this item and it worked perfectly!

Stops working randomly and need to power recycle
The dock stops functioning all of a sudden for no reason. The USB-A ports dont work, the laptop gets no charging, display doesnt work and I have to recycle to power and unplug and plugin the cables back for it to start working again. This is just a cheaply made dock.

Arrived with a defective MicroSD slot
Item arrived with a non-functional MicroSD card. SD and MicroSD slots are just friction slots, with no lock or spring release. Overall, the finish and construction were not high quality. I've returned the item and ordered a different brand.
