Solid rebar cutter/bender
Worked great for me cutting and bending 5/8 (#5) grade 40 rebar. Was capable of cutting 5/8 (#5) grade 60…but it was extremely hard to accomplish and would take forever if you had a bunch of 60 to handle. Cuts and bends #4-40 super easily. Looks physically identical to the Jet bender which carries a much higher price tag.

Supper Stiff
This cutter is way to stiff, I oiled it up with WD40 to try to make it more usable, still really hard to use, you would think they would have tested these things out before shipping .
