i have noticed no difference since taking this product and will not be wasting my money again...it might work for you,who knows?

I have severe osteoarthritis which is especially painful at night when trying to sleep. I have tried several products which have all helped to some degree but this product has proved to be the most effective to date. I will definitely continue to use it and can't recommend it highly enough!

Well packed. Indian Frankincense is said to help with joint pain but perhaps it's too soon to feel the effects yet.

This made no difference to the flexibility of my joints at all, even though I tried it for a couple of months. Maybe I should have tried for longer.
