A: The product is shipped with a small amount of power. The battery is completely exhausted during transportation. After receiving the product, please continue charging for 1.5-2 hours and use it after it is fully charged

**Q: Not reaching the sensor, but the soap dispenser produces liquid on its own?**
A: It is caused by false triggering. It is recommended to choose a non-reflective table and install it 0.65ft away from the table. It may also be caused by contaminants in the sensing area. Please wipe the sensing area clean

**Q: What types of soap are not recommended for use?**
A: Can't use a soap with particles, such as starlight hand soap, fluorescent hand soap, etc., particles can cause blockage
